Select Conquest mode and choose a 4 or 5 force map. Play with the officers from the group 'others' and choose Dong Zhuo to be in your team. keep using his stratagem before every fight (this one is free) and if a villager asks for medicine and whatnot just decline.
redknightalexYou also have enough time to do this on a three forces map as well (that's how I got this rather easily with a few territories left). Combine this with a non-invasion card like Sun Jian or Yuan Shao and it's a cake-walk.
