From the Pod use the Pod Computer (
on PS controller) and open 'Community'.
Press Square on any level and either choose 'Play Online!' or 'Play on my own' and play the level through to the finish.
Upon finishing the level you are required to give the level a rating out of 5 stars and then tag it, which will also unlock
Note: Play a newer level with less than 10 plays to also get
