This can be done in ad hoc mode, so don't worry about finding other players. After completing a few early missions, you'll unlock network mode. Choose ad hoc and create a room. You'll be the only player in it. Pick an easy mission and beat it solo. The trophy will pop.
You can repeat this another 99 times for the other two multiplayer trophies.
