This is incredibly simple and will come with natural progression. You craft standard arrows by holding down (just) R1, whilst in game. To change/cycle through the arrow type from standard to either of the special ones (for the Trophy) you just push up on the D-pad, whilst in game to cycle through them. Obviously you need the requisite components to craft the arrows, you will get these by collecting the various weapon cache and minerals in caves ect littered all over the game world.
Each time you do this, simply press the R1 to craft the currently equipped special arrow and rinse, repeat until Trophy pops.
Don't forget you do NOT start with all arrow types.
