Very easy trophy. To unlock simply unload all ammo from the minigun(Secondary, Special Weapon S-R30) including reserve ammo doing no damage to enemies.
This may require you to not let go of the trigger until ammo is completely exhausted. I tried a few times and it never unlocked but I also did damage to enemies as well.
