This Achievement can be unlocked by "fixing the fridge"

Fast Travel to the Upper Panopticon Control Point in the Containment Sector. To enter the Cell you need talk the Warden. I recommend to get a few Health-Upgrades before trying this Side Mission.

KTKaronaLaunch upgrades would be better. If you grab the orbs that Former pushes out and launch it right back into its eye, it can do a quarter damage every hit. Coupled with a few shots of Grip or another gun, it would be much faster than trying to dodge its attacks constantly for a shot.
