The library receipt can be located in the typing room. If I remember correctly, as soon as you go up the stairs in the foyer, you will see a room immediately to the left down the left hallway. Enter it to find a typewriter and, among the items, a library receipt where Tesla checked out the Necronomicon. How foreboding!
