First and foremost you must find a vendor. They are spread throughout the story and can be noticed due to a green icon over their head. There are plenty in Konoha as well. Once you've arrived to the shop, look for the "Discount Purchase" tab at the bottom and select one of the coupons you've earned. After selecting one the trophy should unlock, be sure to stock up because once you exit the effect wears off!
