The earliest you'll meet the Snake Charmer is in Mermaid Falls, Stage 2 (the factory). You can always buy something for her like a Magic Potion (25 gems) or invest in something more fitting like the Revive Dance (250 gems) or its upgrade, Super Revive Dance (500 gems). There's the Obliterate Dance (300 gems), the Dryad Dance which bears Oranges in exchange for magic (100 gems), the Warp Dance which whisks you away to the next stage in that map rotation (200 gems), or swap out Obliterate or Warp for the Blobfish Dance or Gem Jug.
