This trophy can only be completed in single player. Choosing a field that you do not own will allow you to complete missions for other farmers. For this trophy you have to help each farmer at least once. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO EVERY FIELD. Below are the list of fields and who owns them so you only have to do 1 mission for every farmer.

SkrydgerJust an FYI - The Field owners vary game by game. All of the farmer names above should exist, and you should have the same number of fields to work, but the field numbers may not match the names above.

What I did was print out a list of farmer names. Visit each field and write the field number(s) beside their names, then choose the easiest field to work for each farmer.

I've completed this on xbox one and I think on steam, should have it completed this week on PS4. (Yes, I like my farming games enough to go through the achievements on all the systems)
