This shouldn’t take too long, you get gold for winning in Arcade Battle and winning/losing in ranked or player matches. You would get most gold from ranked matches.

If you use Premium Tickets, you can speed up this process even faster, you'll get up to roughly 50,000G by using them rather than just using the normal coin.

If you are using premium tickets you get around about 50,000g per win and another premium ticket

Yeah you are able to spend it and it won't affect the trophy, mine popped when I had like 300,000 so spend away

Also, if you sign-in daily for the 10 days trophy, you also get daily bonuses. Sometimes I got 100,000 gold.
