There are 3 Uber Chests in the game. You may have to get all 3 chests in a single playthrough. You can get Uber Chests in Bonus Play. The Gift of Experience is where you first chase after the Barbarian King (you easily backtrack there later).
Red chest: After getting the fleece and getting to the area where you fought the boars and the trolls, go back toward the bog. The chest is in the same area where you were forced into a cutscene with the barbarian king.
Green chest: Before the second translator. Freeze time then roll to where the statue was before you moved it, it should be there.
Blue chest: Before you fly through the spinning blades in the lava pit you will fight a few enemies, take your bow out and look around, you will eventually target a wall, shoot the wall 3-4 times and it should break. Note: There is a switch nearby too that removes the blades, making the part easier.
