This trophy appears to be a little glitchy.

You'll have to use the groovitron on all enemies throughout the game including different versions of enemies (such as the four different versions of warbots). Also be sure to use it on the Sewer Sharks (the green fish), both swimming and not, as well as the tentacles on the train in Aleero City.

If you don't get it on the first playthrough, your progress will carry over into the first Challenge mode. Note that upon beginning your second consecutive challenge mode playthrough, all previous progress appears to be lost, and from that point forward, you'll have to use the groovitron on every enemy in a single playthrough.

This trophy CAN be unlocked while cheats are active (these will appear under the Extras menu after obtaining all of the gold bolts). You won't earn weapon experience while cheats are active, but unlimited ammo is obviously very helpful for this trophy.
Bruno_Leonardo__Get it last night, i started using the weapon as soon as possible on the first playthrough, get the trophy in the end of Aridia in challenge mode (last enemy was the Blarg Helicopter, but i'm sure that i hit this same enemy many times, so who knows)

MoominEmuA note for anybody interested. The progress DOES carry over onto the second playthrough!! The trophy popped for me at snagglebeast on my 2nd play!

RSDAY718i blasted every enemy throughout the game. dont forget the final bosses!
i dont think i needed the tentacles on the train FYI.

HajiSenpapi08/14/2021, Swimming Poolshark is REQUIRED!!, Hard Mode REQUIRED!! (Yellow Bot on DePlanetizer), Cheats are allowed. ALL DONE IN A SINGLE PLAYTHROUGH REQUIRED!!. Got this in playthrough 6 unfortunately.

Demontooth1I had to go through challenge mode twice to get this spamming the disco ball the whole time.

REAPERxREB0RN13Can anyone confirm what HajiSenpapi said about Hard Mode being required? I've played through most of the game on normal at this point.

nramsey34I can confirm that hard mode is NOT required, also the tentacles on the train are also NOT required, as I accidentally forgot to use the groovitron on those and was expecting a third playthrough to be required, but it popped for me at the final boss
