In my opinion, one of the quickest ways to get $1000 bucks is to play the game "keep ups" which is located at the school's football field. If you want to grind to can get to $1000 bucks pretty easily although if you're a little more patient just playing the game and not spending any money you will get to $1000 bucks eventually.
HalfblindCloudI thought the penalty shots were a lot quicker & less frustrating as you can knock the nerd out with 1 ball if you hit him in the head, most i needed to knock him out was 3 footballs so its not that hard

Flopsy64the Level 4 paper route gives you $48.00 a time as well I believe.

You have to do the Paper Routes anyway as it unlocks one of the room trophies, it will also give you bike KMs
