I'm sure there are many methods to getting this, but this way worked for me.
*** Choose Free-Play Mode, Stroke Play, The first match, solo & right-handed.
On the very first hole, stick with the default disc & try to aim for the tree to the right of the hole. If you keep the disc pretty straight, wind up to about your left kidney area, then release at about shoulder height. The disc should arc just before hitting the tree mentioned & sail right to the objective.
It may take numerous attempts to get the rhythm down & find what works for you.
Also, you can always quickly retry by hitting start on your move controller & select retry.
