This is most easily obtained in the level "Over The Rainbow" which is in the first world. There is only 1 enemy on the level and it is quite short making it ideal for this trophy. Just be sure to hold down the sprint button the entire level and you should be fine. It will only take you a few minutes to learn the layout of the level as well.
