When you start a new game, you get to choose between various house rules. Choose any house rule from the menu on the right (I'm not sure if the Speed Die counts as a House Rule) and win the match to get this trophy. You should be able to start a two player match and play as both players, allowing you to go bankrupt with the second player almost immediately to get this trophy.
