I don't want to give out any spoilers, so I will just tell you when the moment will come for you to pop this trophy. Please note that this is story related so you will get this no matter what.
After a few completed quests you will be given a new one named "The Launch". Just keep working the objective and eventually you will be right outside the Ashton Missile Silo. There is a terminal/console that you need to use. And without saying what happens, I'm sure you can piece it together from looking at the name of the quest again.
The trophy will pop as soon as you pull the switch.
