After mooring at the jetty, make your way to the top of the lighthouse. At the very top you will find three bells. When you approach the bells you will automatically produce a card which will show you the correct order in which to ring them. Do so, and the door the bells were blocking will open.
Take a seat and enjoy the ride. The trophy will pop once you arrive on Columbia.
