First off this is easiest to do in single player, just so there's less players involved that can mess you up.
This happens in the first level, at some point you take an air taxi, you're able to lean left and right by walking to that side of the taxi, just dodge all the traffic and you'll quickly be able to unlock (potentially) your second trophy of the game.
