When you get your bag, hold the crouch button to lay down in the grass near you, that should get you 70-80 percent. Then hit start while prone and go to your camouflage, change your face and body camouflage, they will give you the new percentages next to each value, but brown body paint should do it. Exiting the screen should give you this trophy.
