    At first I thought I had to bump another car into the lava, but after numerous tries and fails I gave up. But when reaching level 2...you will get the perk to upgrade your speed to such amounts that youll be able to run over vehicles. Simply run a car/truck into the lava which is all over the place, and youll have yourself another easy trophy.
