This is for completing the tutorial a second time quickly. If you finish all the lessons, then go to the main menu and start the tutorial again you will notice a timer in the top right hand corner of the screen. This is the time you have to complete all of the lessons.
My advice is to mash the X button through all the talk segments and to memorize some of the trials if you are having difficulty. It isn't too tough but it might take you a few tries. The trophy should pop after you end the final lesson.
