  Easiest way I've come across is to have a crew of 3 people, and take part in an Extreme Drag Trial for the Summit. As Drag cars can easily exceed 300+mph, it should be simple to have 3 members of the crew attempt this.

  Or you can unlock it on the Little Eagles speedway. I was in a crew of 4 and we were in PvP and unlocked on the track ''Take to the track'' Little Eagle speedway.

  This can be done in a few places, but the easiest spot to do it is at the Salt Flats. You all need to get to at least 218mph in order to hit the target of 870mph. This is easily done in circuit cars, or stock cars such as the RUF. Once you hit the target, the trophy / achievement will unlock.
