I would recommend leaving this till last as you'll have the rocket launcher from the speed run. Use Jill and set it to very easy.
Lisa at the altar can knock you off for game over, but you can knock her off with enough shots from the rocket launcher. You can also give Barry back his gun to have him distract her a bit.
The other potential problem is with one of the last enemies in the game. I killed the zombie in the little tunnel outside the computer room in the lab, and it chose to come back to life as I was walking with the fuel capsule. So don't kill this one until you're about to fill the capsule.
