Story Related and can’t be missed during Jill’s play through.
After collecting all 4 Death Masks make your way to the graveyard and head into the Tomb. Place the 4 Death Masks (each one placed will release a chain that is securing the coffin) on their respected effigy’s.
After placing the 4th Death Mask the coffin will fall showing the Crimson Head prototype 1 laying in the coffin. Another cut seen will show you being sealed in the room by bars that now cover the exit.
The Crimson Head will then attack. Defeat him however you choose and upon his death the Trophy will pop and the bars will retract from your exit.
