There are a total of nine (9) companions to find during the course of the game. While the first 3 (Cassandra, Varric and Solas) don't count toward this trophy, any of the other characters do. It's likely that Vivienne will net you this trophy as she's one of the earliest companions to unlock. For a more detailed guide see the solution posted below.
