  British POW's are on ships in the North Atlantic. Each ship is accompanied by 2 escort ships. Defeating the escort ships will allow you to board the POW ship. The POW ships begin with 100 prisoners on each so earning the trophy can be done with only capturing 3 ships if you are careful. If the ship becomes damaged while fighting the escorts prisoners will die,
