  In the Watchtower area go behind the big mission select globe and to the right. There’s a giant automatic door leading to a small celebrity party with Kevin Smith, Adam West, Conan O’Brian and Green Loontern.

  Where the world is that you select your missions from, go to the right of this and there is a door that will open. Inside this door is the party with Green Loontern, Adam West and two others as well as the 100% stud fountain thing.

  Do you mean the mission selection map on the watchtower where you load into automatically when you complete story mode?
