cumalative over games, so dont worry about trying to do it in one game. Some waves spawn chickens and some dont. My tip is to got to the spec ops area 4 mission which will also allow you to get the carl carl! trophy easy. Just b patient it personally took me 3 games to achieve this could of done it in one but im on a schedule
