When you are in a lobby hit the square button and you'll see the lobby menu. Pick send rap sheet and select an individual player or all the players in the lobby. Then wait for a notification that someone accepted your sheet and that one has been sent to you. Then open the menu again and select accept Rap sheet. Voila easy trophy!
