You can only obtain this trophy in Wyatt's chapter, and it's a completely random luck based trophy. Toward the middle/end of the chapter you will have to play a game of rock/paper/scissors (no lizard, Spock) to advance the story. You will play three times, unless you keep tying or win the first two. Because of the variation of the draws, there is no single strategy.
If you don't get the hand you need by the third round (you lost), press the
button on the controller, the options button, and close the application. Relaunch the game, and it will bring you back to before the sequence began. Just remember this is luck based.
