  Easy to do with the Freeze Bolt.
  
  In Mission 7 you are only allowed to kill the Keepers (Metal Box) that are necessary to progress in the chapter. The first one will attack you after the cutscene. Kill him and run into the room that opens up and use the valve (Tap ). Run right into the next room and use the valve. Kill the Keeper as soon as he spawns into your room and run to the desk to pick up valve you have to replace. Wait right there until the keeper comes to you and Freeze him with a bolt so you have enough time to turn down the gas to the exit. After you complete the chapter the trophy will pop.

  In chapter 7 you'll have to fight the Keepers (big guys carrying large hammers and wearing a safe on their head). To get the trophy, you can only kill two of them. The first one you meet you have to kill to get into the next part of the area (a gas filled series of rooms). Another Keeper will spawn as you turn the first valve you come to. Don't kill him - just evade him and run through the circular vault door behind where he spawns.
  
  There's another valve in the next area which will trigger another Keeper to spawn after a short cutscene. You'll have to kill this one to exit the room.
  
  The next keeper will destroy the next valve you have to turn. Evade him and run down the corridor to the right of where he smashed the valve and turn right at the end. You will see a new valve shining at the end of the corridor. Go and fetch it while staying out of the Keeper's reach. Now follow the room back around to where the broken valve was and replace the wheel. The Keeper will be after you, so shoot him with a freeze bolt from the crossbow if you have one to give you time to turn the valve. If you don't have a freeze bolt, you'll have to lure him as far away as possible and then run back to the valve.
  
  Once the valve-wheel has been fully turned, go down the stairs to the left of the valve and follow the corridor. Once you go through the vault door the Keeper can no longer follow you. Turn left and climb the ladder, fight off the Safe that attacks you and a cutscene will play out and you should get the trophy.
  
  I got this quite easily playing on Survival, and got it purely because I had little ammo (a couple of harpoon bolts, a fire bolt, one explosive bolt, one shotgun shell - although I found two more in the second valve room - and about six pistol rounds) when starting the section and evasion was the best means of survival. You can make more bolts by defusing the traps the Keepers lay on the floor and using the parts.
