    Actions
    Follow the doctor at the beginning of chapter 4 to a house and trigger the cutscene inside. After the cutscene the doctor's brother will immediately attack you. Make sure to draw your weapon quickly or step back a little to get a better shot. Once he's on the ground burn him cn_O and the trophy will pop after the next cutscene.

    Meet and defeat Valerio. That's it.

    Side note: it is actually quite easy to complete this entire level and not meet Valerio. I was quite surprised when I found him during my New Game +. He is located on the 1st floor of the biggest house on the left when you first come into the level. You will know you're close when you hear a voice saying, "Hush, hush".
