This is as easy as you want it to be.
The easiest way is as follows. First play the game to get 500,000 points on the starter grid to unlock the main grid.
Then on the main grid go to one of the walls on the outsides and turn towards the rounded corner.
Now when Pix reaches a normal corner he needs directions, when he reaches a rounded corner he'll automatically turn. Because the first room on the main grid has 4 rounded corners he'll continue for ever. You'll pick up the ducks as you walk but ignore them and put down the controller. About 120 seconds into the game the game will go into a frenzy. Yay. Then at the end of the game you'll have 180 seconds of frenzy, unlocking this trophy.
You can try to get this while playing the game but that's extremely hard as one mistake on any level turns off frenzy.
