    Seems like it would be annoying, it is actually extremely easy.

    Once you are on the moon, make sure you have a sniper rifle equipped in one slot and that you are outside of any atmosphere. Weaken an enemy with your secondary weapon and then switch to the sniper rifle. Jump, quickly spin and use the low gravity fall and the very generous sniper crosshair to land the killing blow.
