Throughout the game, you'll earn Mirian for completing various tasks. The most reliable sources come from completing each of the weapon based challenges.
Once you have enough Mirian, you can unlock rune slots by spending this currency in the upgrades menu or in the bow runes screen. Unlock 2 bow rune slots (you don't have to equip runes to them) and you'll get this trophy.
