  Militia contracts can be tackled after completing Act I, Mission 2. There will be several orange icons on the map; you can't look at the icon. Rather, hover over them and look at the upper-left of the info box to determine which faction they are for.

  Militia contracts are one of the types of Street Sweep side missions. They can be done either solo or with a co-op player.
  
  The main objective for these missions is to clear an area of enemies. Use the hackable environment objects to your advantage.
  
  Once you complete 20 of these the trophy will pop. They are first available after completing the main mission 'Fading Signal' in Act 1.
  
  You will receive these rewards after completing so many Militia Contracts:
  
  No. Militia Missions Completed
  5 Reward: Pawn Shop Haggle Ability.
  10 Reward: Increases duration of Blackout and Jam Coms as well as boosting the radius of Lure.
  15 Reward: Adds a C4 detonator to the RC car. This is needed for the trophy Bronze T-Bone: Negative Eugenics.
  20 Reward: Bronze T-Bone: Second Amendement trophy pops
