Here is my method for this trophy, if you want to make it really easy.
Select kick off, choose a relatively good team (e.g. Liverpool) against a relatively bad one (e.g. Accrington)
Set difficulty to legendary, then change all sliders massively in your favour. Notably slow the cpu right down and increase the ability of your keeper.
Then start the game. Instantly press the d-pad 3 times to the left to switch to Park the Bus mentality. Now you can pretty much leave the game to run, just move around a bit so the game thinks you're playing. The computer is not good enough with the bad sliders to score, so you should be fine to just wait out the game. The trophy unlocks at the end of the game.
If by some miracle they do score, don't worry, you only need to get through the last part of the game (from 70th minute), without conceding.
