The easiest raid to get this is is Crota's End.
Preferable to have to skilled players run the first part of the raid, to minimise chance of random deaths, the other 4 wait to outside the raid.
When you get to the bridge encounter keep towo skilled players on the left and right plate, a lot of trash will attack them during the encounter, the coordinator is great to have in the middle. The first 3 that's going to go over the bridge wait at the stairs, by the door where the knight carrying the sword comes out. The coordinator calls out when the sword knight comes out and take turns going over with sword in hand. When 3 players have passed the bridge and stand on their plates a witch will spawn on the left side, be ready to avoid unnecessary deaths. The coordinator, preferably well geared kills the last knight with sword since its a bit harder when you're completely alone.
Third encounter, split up, start with knights on each side, then witch spawns inside the building, and thirdly shriekers. When the shriekers die those target seeking missiles fly out, back far out of the room to avoid insta death. Then kill Ir Yût. You have 3 minutes, but that's quite easy on normal and with a skilled team.
Last encounter is Crota, pretty straight forward. Less room for mistakes. Should be dead in two rounds of sword.
