The only means of watching the credits is to complete the final chapter (#14) in the story mode. There is no alternative means so if you accidentally skip be ready to play through that mission one more time in order to obtain this trophy. They aren't the longest credits, so there's no need to go away from the console for more than 10 minutes if you don't wish to watch them.
