    This can be won in all game types but, the easiest is in Gardens vs Graveyards. Play as a Sunflower and, just keep on healing your teammates. Not only will you be playing a good helping role in keeping your teammates healthy, you will also get this nice little bronze trophy.

    It will pop in game once you have healed 25 teammates.
