This trophy can be a bit tricky but is do-able even with the more tanky classes (e.g. Crusader). When you break 7 or 8 objects in short succession, you get a call out on the screen. Breaking more stuff before this callout disappears will keep the number increasing, you're aiming to get it to 50. Unlike the kill counter, there's no visual timer to cue when the callout will disappear unfortunately.
There's a couple of spots which are best to attempt this. I accessed them via Adventure Mode since it unlocks all the waypoints). Regardless of what class you are using, items that increase movement speed are helpful, as are ranged and AOE attacks. I did it using a Crusader with Justice (Primary) and Fist of the Heavens (with Fissure rune) as secondary, although probably Blessed Hammer might have been a better choice.
The first spot is Act 2, City of Caldeum waypoint. This will put you in a circular room with a ton of stuff around the edges and around the fountain. Keep rolling, breaking stuff, and throwing the odd AOE in to clean up everything you've missed and there's plenty of material here. The only thing that can mess it up is when you initially spawn in, there'll probably be some enemies there so you may want to draw them up the steps and kill them there before attempting it, as they can get in the way. There's a video attached below showing the spot and how it can be done with a wizard (credit to FRU's Gaming Channel for the video).
The second spot is the Cemetery in Act 5. There's a steady stream of breakables around the edge of the area, and plenty inside the area itself - gravestones, candles, pots, etc. Critically, they're spaced such that at any point, you should never be more than a roll or two away from another breakable. Keep rolling around the edges and throwing in the odd ranged or AOE attack and this is do-able even with a tank class (note - there are plenty of gravestones on the edges that are slightly hidden amongst bushes) The main trick is just to avoid any enemies getting in your way and blocking your path. There's enough breakables that even if you mess up one attempt, there should be enough left for another attempt (or two), unlike the City of Caldeum waypoint.
Happy smashing.
