    Story related. Cannot be missed if you are starting from scratch rather than importing a save from PS3 or 360.

    You will kill the Skeleton King in the first act. This came after about two hours of game play for me. The first was entirely straightforward and even as a complete newbie to Diablo I didn't run into any issues.
