Known inputs.
Triangle,
Cross.
Circle.
Left stick.
Touch screen.
Rear Touch screen.
Tilt controls (in all three directions)
L and R bumper.
Basically hit all of these at least once. You might want to throw in square, d-pad and right stick if you're feeling crazy.
You want to do this at the beginning of World one (where the pie graph fills when you jump. It should take you no less than thirty seconds. However most of the controls are disabled, so they won't give you a visual representation.
