There are only two variations of Lloyd to unlock, you do not need to buy them for this trophy.
Lloyd is unlocked by completing the multi-challenge on level 23, The Golden Cycle.
For this you must complete the level in one life, avoid all missile attacks and go off 4 jumps in the course of the level.
The jumps may take a while as you could go the wrong way whilst avoiding a missile attack, but after a couple of tries you should be able to get it.
Lloyd Gold Ninja is unlocked by completing the multi-challenge on the 31st (and last) level, so you must complete the level without using a special move, take less than 10 hearts of damage and defeat 6 enemies.
The trophy will pop right after completing the level on which you unlocked the second version.
Lloyd Gold Ninja costs 60,000,000, and I'd recommend buying him as soon as possible as he is required for a number of challenges on the other levels.
