There is only one spot in the game where you get the chance to kill 9 Slig's and that's the first challenge room of Zulag 4.
Enter it and pull the lever to spawn enough Sligs for this Trophy. Jump on the platform to the right and possess one. They will attack you so shoot them quickly. make your way to the bottom floor and kill all Sligs in your way and the Trophy is yours
