This trophy is dependent on how accurate you are with your rifle. However, identifying which officer is the target can be a bit of a challenge, as there are two officers. To clarify, out of the two officers, the one directly across from Hitler (the one he's having the conversation with) is your target. I recommend Cadet or Marksman difficulty for this trophy as the simpler bullet ballistics and red diamond will help you make the shot more easily.
