There are twenty-two (22) sniper nests in the game excluding current and any future DLCs. It's not enough to just see them, you must enter the nest by pressing X when prompted to. Each level has 1-3 typically. If you see a sniper scope crosshair near the sniper nest, that indicates it's a long shot nest and that goes towards another trophy.
