Not so much a guide as a statement...
There isn't much difference between this difficulty and UBER, so it would be easier to do the game on UBER saving yourself a playthrough, as you'll unlock both trophies anyway.
If you do the LAST level on UBER via the chapter select, you will unlock both the trophies. The toughest part is the boss fight but I'll put a guide below to help anyone out. I've explained this trophy more on the 'Uber trophy' guide on this site. Need any help let me know. Cheers.
